Update: I came back and finally tried the pork belly, and WOW. It came on a bed of onions with sesame oil mixed with salt and pepper for dipping and a side of ssamjang, and it was so ridiculously good. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. I’m honestly so happy I tried it because it instantly reminded me of being back in the DMV, where amazing Korean food is everywhere. It’s one of those meals that just feels comforting and nostalgic, and this absolutely hit the spot. If you’re debating whether to order the pork belly, just do it. Visiting Miami for the 4th of July weekend and had to stop and get DoobiDooBap! We stopped by to pick it up in person. It was so good. It really did hit the spot. The bibimbap not only looks so presentable and beautiful, it tasted as good as it looked. The sweet soy garlic wings were perfect. My Bulgogi rice dish was completely packed with meat. It's actually a lot of food. The side dishes were very good and huge portions.
